Entertain customers while helping them navigate the options
Hunter wanted to create an experience that not only helps customers navigate their extensive product offering, but keeps them entertained in the process. Additionally, website analytics showed a significant increase in mobile traffic to their site at nearly 50% in late 2014. The mission was to consolidate the two separate versions of the site—mobile and desktop—to a single responsive site. This move would require a back-end infrastructure change.
A light-hearted way to match style, space, and personality
We developed three navigational avenues – “Match My Style,” “Match My Space,” and “Match My Personality” delivered right at the top of the home page. These short, visually appealing, fun quizzes ask questions like “Describe Your Perfect Saturday” and “Choose Your Spirit Animal” and deliver space and personality results like “Easygoing Nature Lover," complete with a subset of suggested fans to match. Hunter’s blog offers further style selection expertise with posts like the contemporary ceiling fans style guide.
