A total digital overhaul for an international tech giant
Teradata.com needed a redesign and a replatform. They were working off of the increasingly out-of-date CMS and, as a global company, needed to target clients from every part of the globe. That takes a complete website overhaul—and meant updating the more than 4,000 pages on Teradata.com.
Because of how rapidly Teradata’s business evolves, taking a traditional waterfall approach to website development would have meant that the site was out of date months before it had a chance to launch. Ntara rebuilt Teradata.com using a rolling, agile approach—one section of the site at time—resulting in a continually improving site that was deployed at the speed of business.
The new site presented a simpler, more intuitive user experience. It allowed Teradata to connect Eloqua for marketing automation, Celebrus for advanced analytics, and Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM. It also attracted new visitors, more than doubling monthly traffic to the website and increasing their time on the homepage fifteen-fold.
