Our privacy policy

We know that you care as much about privacy as we do. At Ntara, prioritizing accessibility, maintaining trust, and respecting the privacy of everyone we encounter is vital.

Accessibility and design for everyone

We are strong believers in the inherent value of all people, so we design and build our websites with accessibility in mind. Ntara.com complies with and exceeds federal guidelines concerning accessibility and is accessible to visitors who are differently-abled. We’re always improving, too. If you have any suggestions on how to make our website even more accessible, please contact us

How we use and share personal data

As a consulting and implementation firm, we track and analyze many different types of data to improve our website and marketing campaigns. When visitors come to Ntara.com, apply for a job, or interact with one of our marketing campaigns or social media accounts, we may collect, use, access, process, retain, and/or handle user data from these various channels.

When Ntara has direct control of “personally identifiable” (PI) data, we adhere to these rules:

We do not collect personal data beyond the minimum necessary for each specific purpose. For example, since we don’t need a person’s birthday or social security number for an individual to be able to apply for a job at Ntara, we don’t ask for it in our application form. We do not sell and will never sell personal data to outside third parties. We do not retain personal data beyond the minimum necessary for each specific purpose. We may share personal data with our third-party service providers and partners to support our websites, products, and services or participate in co-marketing activities with Ntara. For example, we use service providers for data hosting, application development, marketing, and sales support. We may need to share your information with service providers or partners to provide information about products or services to you. Service providers and partners are prohibited from using your personal data except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data. We do not process personal data for purposes other than what they were originally intended. If you are subscribed to Ntara emails, you can remove yourself at any time after you have signed up.

We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.

Technologies we leverage

Use of cookies

To make Ntara.com work properly, we place small data files called cookies on users’ devices. Almost all websites do this, too. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on a computer or mobile device when someone visits the site, responds to surveys, or participates in polls. It enables our website to remember visitors’ actions and preferences over a period of time, so users don’t have to keep re-entering the same information whenever they return to a website or browse from one page to another.

We can use cookies to identify users like you to help us analyze traffic patterns on our site and provide you with a better experience by improving content and making the site easier to use. If you do not want Ntara and other websites to use cookies in your browser, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a website tries to put a cookie in your browser software. If you choose to block cookies from Ntara.com, you can still access the majority of our website; however, this could affect your ability to use some of the pages or features.

Finally, anyone who has additional questions about cookies and how they work can take a deeper dive into the world of cookies at https://allaboutcookies.org/. In addition, most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. If you would like to find out more information, please visit https://youradchoices.com/choices-faq#jr02
