AI is changing how buyers find and evaluate products. Potential customers ask AI platforms questions, and they either pull answers from your product data or skip you altogether. The companies who prioritized structured product data have a real advantage.

Ntara helps companies get their product content in shape for an AI-driven world. That includes benchmarking, fixing what’s broken, and ensuring the right systems get the right information. We’ve done this work across PIM, DAM, and ecommerce for years. AI for products is the next layer.

Agentic commerce readiness assessment

AI agents are already evaluating your product category, and your data determines whether they recommend you or skip you. If your product content is incomplete, inconsistent, or siloed, LLMs and agentic commerce tools can’t evaluate or surface it. An agentic commerce readiness assessment tells you exactly where you stand.

We evaluate up to three product data sources across five dimensions: completeness, accuracy, standardization, duplication, and marketing readiness. Each is scored against what AI systems actually need. At the end, you get a data quality scorecard that indicates LLM consumption likelihood and a concrete mitigation plan.

Google Merchant Center

Most brands have a Google Merchant Center account, but few have it configured to help AI recommend their products. And most don’t realize that Google runs two separate systems: Merchant Center for retail offers and Manufacturer Center for brand-authoritative product data. In fact, Manufacturer Center carries the most weight when Gemini and other AI engines decide what your products are.

AI engines detect when your data is incomplete or inconsistent across feeds, and they discount your authority. Your distributors can end up outranking you. We help companies set up the right feeds and populate both required and optional data fields. We connect PIM and DAM systems to keep everything current across Google and the surfaces feeding Copilot. And we track whether it works based on data.
