Accurate product content doesn’t distribute itself
Getting product content onto your website is one problem. Getting it to every dealer portal, distributor site, retail partner, and marketplace, accurately, consistently, and at scale, is another. Most teams solve this manually, with predictable results like version sprawl, stale data, and channel-specific errors, all of which erode buyer trust and slow launches.
Syndication done right is an automated, governed process. It starts with a single source of enriched product content in PIM and DAM, then pushes channel-ready data and assets downstream on a defined cadence. When something changes upstream, channels stay in sync. When you add a new channel, the infrastructure is already in place to support it.
Ntara designs and implements the syndication workflows that make this possible, so teams can spend less time formatting spreadsheets and more time on work that moves the business.
What we do
Channel audit and content mapping
Before we automate anything, we map out where your content needs to go and what it needs to look like when it gets there. Different channels have different data requirements, asset formats, and attribute structures. We document requirements by channel. Then, we identify the gaps between what you’re currently delivering and what each destination needs.
Syndication architecture and integration design
We design the connections between your PIM, DAM, and downstream channels, including dealer portals, distributor platforms, retail partners, and marketplace feeds. Through that process, we also document all transformation rules, data mapping logic, and the frequency and triggers for each channel push. The result is an architecture you can hand off, extend, and audit in the future.
Channel-specific content configuration
Content that works for your website doesn’t always work for a retail partner’s feed or a distributor’s portal. We configure the output logic for each channel so that the right attributes and asset renditions arrive in the right format at each destination without manual intervention.
Automation and workflow setup
We implement automation to keep syndication running after go-live, including scheduled pushes, triggered updates, error handling, and alerting. Your team gains visibility into what’s been sent, what’s failed, and what needs attention, without anyone having to manage the process manually.
Ongoing governance and scalability planning
As channels evolve and new ones emerge, your syndication infrastructure needs to keep pace. We build with scale in mind and document the governance model. This gives your team what they need to add channels, update mappings, and maintain accuracy as requirements change.

What you get
Channel audit with per-destination data and asset requirements
- Syndication architecture diagram and integration specifications
- Configured channel outputs with transformation and mapping rules
- Automated distribution workflows with error handling and alerting
- Governance documentation and a scalability roadmap for new channels
These deliverables give your team a working system and a documented foundation. You go live with confidence and have what you need to maintain and extend it.

What this looks like in practice
Columbus McKinnon is a global manufacturer of lifting and rigging equipment. They had 77k SKUs and needed to distribute accurate product content across a complex network of distributors and channel partners. Their manual processes couldn’t scale to that volume without errors, and inconsistent data across channels was creating friction for distributors trying to sell.
We helped them implement a DAM-integrated syndication workflow that automated downstream content distribution. With PIM as the source of record for product data and DAM governing the asset library, they could push channel-ready content at scale, consistently, with full traceability.
A global cosmetics company managing more than 30 brands needed a way to syndicate accurate product content to competitive retail channels without multiplying manual work across regions. Different channels had different content requirements, and managing those outputs manually wasn’t sustainable.
We built a custom output configuration that prepares imagery in each channel’s required format, and syndicates product data alongside the packaged assets in a single step. The company now runs 320 active syndications and has reduced manual work by more than 50%.
When multichannel syndication makes sense
- Your product content is accurate internally but inconsistent, incomplete, or stale by the time it reaches dealer portals, distributors, or retail partners
- Teams are manually reformatting or re-entering product data for each channel, and that process doesn’t scale as your SKU count or channel count grows
- You’ve implemented PIM or DAM, but haven’t connected those systems to your downstream distribution channels
- A new channel, marketplace, distributor portal, retail partner feed, is on your roadmap, and you need a scalable approach before you build point-to-point integrations
- You have no visibility into what content reached which channel, when it was last updated, or where errors occurred in the distribution process
