Implementation with proven partners
We implement using Ntara’s methodology and one of our PXM preferred partners: Akeneo, Aprimo, Bynder, or Inriver. (Additional platforms qualify; let’s talk.) You get a dedicated team, a predictable timeline, and a platform we know inside and out.

Quarterly measurement
Starting at go-live, we measure your progress toward the agreed ROI baseline every quarter. You always know exactly where you stand. No surprises or guesswork.

The guarantee
Within 24 months of go-live, if your project has not delivered the ROI we agreed on, Ntara will invest up to 20% of your implementation cost (up to $50,000) in services to help close the gap.
Is your project eligible?
The guarantee applies to qualifying implementations. Here’s what we need to understand.
Project scope: Must be a net-new PIM or DAM implementation, or a full replatform, moving from one system to another. We cannot guarantee partial migrations, single-channel implementations, or add-ons to existing platforms.
Partner technology: Your implementation must run on one of our preferred PIM or DAM partners. Our history with these platforms lets us predict timelines and outcomes with confidence. We guarantee work on systems we have deep implementation experience with.
Transformational scope: Your project must address real operational friction. Are you consolidating catalogs post-acquisition? Modernizing an aging legacy system? Launching a new channel? Building out governance? We guarantee ROI on transformational initiatives.
Client commitment: You meet the obligations outlined in your statement of work. We define these together, but they typically include executive sponsorship, timely access to subject matter experts, data cleansing and preparation on schedule, and testing participation.

We value that time at the fully loaded cost of labor, which is how CFOs typically calculate it. During discovery, we align on which categories matter to your business and get a number in writing.
We talk about what happened and what it will take to close the gap. If the gap is operational (something you control), we help you get across the line. If it is tied to something we can influence through additional services or optimization, we invest the credit to close it. The guarantee is about our partnership and accountability, not gotchas. We define these together in your SOW and track progress jointly. If you hit a real constraint, we solve it together. The guarantee is suspended only if you formally walk away from the project or fail to meet a material obligation for more than 30 days after being notified.
