Transitioning from brochure to B2B lead generation

As Hunter Fan broke into the industrial fan space for the first time, they wanted to create a digital asset that informed customers about its product. Hunter Industrial wanted a web-based solution that could eventually transition from a Brochure Site to a Lead Generation Site. In building this site, an additional goal was to capture brand awareness and, eventually, market share in the industrial fan industry.

Telling the Hunter Industrial story to yield viable leads

Ntara helped Hunter tell its story by creating case studies for each industry that could benefit from the use of an industrial fan. The case studies communicated how a Hunter Industrial Fan could solve a specific business challenge for locations like breweries, warehouses, aviation hangars, and agricultural environments, to name a few. These case studies dramatically increase site visits and page views. But the client needed a third party integration capability to capture lead contact information. Ntara built a solution that enabled rapid creation of several diverse forms for use throughout the site that captured data from multiple personas. Ntara could then easily submit the captured data to Hunter’s CRM system.

Product Information Management

Because the Hunter Industrial Fan product was brought to market for the first time in tandem with the website design and deployment, product information was updated constantly. Ntara easily and quickly updated product specification PDFs and other documents by creating a media library. This library now holds all product information files directly on the Hunter Industrial Fan website for easy customer access. This media library also holds all product imagery, and was updated almost instantly as it changed frequently. The Ntara team was able to respond in real time with any requested changes to imagery and copy as the site was finalized.
