This research is being conducted by Ntara to explore the synergies and challenges found amongst manufacturers. The results of this study will be published in a benchmarking report to guide investments and optimizations in product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), and ecommerce. Insights will include strategic priorities, perceived threats and opportunities, budgeting for digital investments, and operational norms from industry leaders like you.

The Ntara 2023 U.S. Manufacturers Digital Commerce Survey Giveaway of one (1) $500 Amazon gift card begins on October 27, 2023, and ends on December 15, 2023 (“Contest Entry Period”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ntara which shall be final and binding in all respects. Ntara is responsible for the overall administration of the Contest.
TERMS
A. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law. Ntara and its employees, agents, officers and directors (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and marketing agencies, immediate families and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible for the Contest.
B. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Contest during the Contest Entry Period at www.research.net/r/Ntara-USMDCBS23 (“Contest Site”). The survey must be filled out in its entirety to be a valid entry. Each person who registers with the Contest Site earns one (1) chance to win one (1) $500 Amazon gift card (the “Prize”).
C. THE PRIZE: Ntara will award one (1) $500 Amazon gift card to one (2) contest entrant. Ntara will contact the contest winners to confirm their prize delivery. There will be no cash compensation. Ntara will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
D. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Entry Period. The random drawing for the Contest will be conducted on December 19, 2023. The random drawing will be conducted by Ntara; all decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the random drawing. Ntara is not responsible, and may disqualify an entrant, if the entrant’s email does not work or is changed. Any winner notification not responded to within 30 days or returned as undeliverable will result in Prize forfeiture and an alternate winner shall be selected. If a potential winner is ineligible to win the Prize because of material misrepresentation, does not comply with the acceptance requirements above, or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, then such winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entrants. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Ntara.
